This Passive Infrared Motion Sensor can be easily situated in a variety of locations and is great when paired with any of our Dream Player Audio Players.
Measuring only 1 1/2 inches square this Motion Sensor is compact in size making it convenient to conceal in even the most compact projects.
The nice thing about this sensor is that it only requires three wires to connect to the Dream Player and derives its power directly from the Dream Player, no outside power source needed!
The Wires will be labeled V for Voltage, G for Ground, and T for Trigger.
The "V" is connected to the "9V Control Output" terminal strip on the Dream Player LITE and the "5V Trigger In" terminal strip on the Dream Player MK2, MK2 Amplified or PRO.
"G" goes to the "Ground" position on the Trigger Input Terminal Strip, and lastly the "T" is connected to the "Trigger In" portion of the Trigger Input terminal strip on the Dream Player LITE or positions 1, 2, 3 or 4 of the "Trigger In" Termninal Strip on a Dream Player MK2, MK2 Amplified or PRO.
This sensor is effective at a range of up to 15 feet and draws minimal power, making it ideal for use with a Dream Player in a battery powered set-up.
